EMP 707 sustainability is based on clear guidelines and internal policies that govern our approach to safety, quality, environmental protection, employees, and fair business practices. These policies are not a formal document — they define the organization of day-to-day work and decision-making at all stages of the project.

Occupational safety and responsible work organization

Occupational safety is an integral part of our sustainability.
We comply with HSE and traffic safety requirements, provide regular training, and ensure strict adherence to safety procedures. The implementation of these principles is defined by EMP 707 Traffic Safety Policy, which regulates the safety management system and risk management to ensure a stable and predictable work process in higher-risk infrastructure.

 Durable and technically sound solutions

Project quality and the sustainability of technical solutions are governed by EMP 707 Quality Policy, which sets requirements for materials, work execution, quality control, and continuous process improvement. Sustainability for us means:

  • the right technical choice, 

  • minimal need for repeated repairs,

  • safe operation throughout the entire service life of the infrastructure.

Energy efficiency and resource use

When working with power supply, railway electrification, and traction power systems, we pay special attention to energy efficiency and the rational use of resources.  The principles of energy efficiency and resource use are integrated into EMP 707 Sustainability Policy, which defines the approach to reducing environmental impact and responsible infrastructure development.
