Sustainability as a system
EMP 707’s approach to sustainability is based on clear policies and internal guidelines that define our approach to safety, quality, environmental protection, employees, and ethical business practices.
These are not formal documents — they define daily work organization and decision-making across all project stages.
Safety and Responsible Work Organization
Safety is an integral part of our sustainability approach. We comply with HSE and railway safety requirements, provide regular training, and strictly follow established safety procedures. These principles are defined in EMP 707’s Safety Policy, which ensures structured risk management and safe work execution in high-risk infrastructure environments.
Technically Sound and Long-Term Solutions
Project quality and sustainability are governed by EMP 707’s Quality Policy, defining requirements for materials, execution, and quality control. Sustainability for us means:
- technically correct solutions
- minimal need for rework and repairs
- safe long-term infrastructure operation
Energy Efficiency and Resource Management
In projects involving power supply, railway electrification, and low-current systems, we focus on energy efficiency and responsible resource use.
These principles are defined in EMP 707’s Sustainability Policy, ensuring reduced environmental impact and responsible infrastructure development.
Sustainable Partnerships
We build long-term partnerships based on transparency, professional communication, and accountability for results. Our operations follow the principles of fair business and competition, in line with internal policies.
Social Responsibility
EMP 707 follows social responsibility principles, ensuring a safe, fair, and sustainable working environment. We provide legal employment, equal treatment, and compliance with labor safety standards, regardless of employee background or nationality. In project execution, we also consider local community interests. Read more...
